Soundstation Duo is great as a multi use device, as it switches from a SIP station to a POTS line station quite easily. Polycom was helpful with the initial setup - instructions were detailed on how to setup with our system, and they patiently helped the NEC tech setup our PBX to work with it on SIP. User friendly, great quality calls. Never disappointed in a Polycom phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBuz from nullExcellent product. We use them in our small conference rooms with less than ten seats. The microphone array is very sensitive and the speaker is loud and clear. Could easily be used in a bigger room. Ours is tied in to our MS Lync phone system. Very simple setup.
