SCOL provides web support, including on-line case management and an extensive knowledge base. Also, you receive a subscription to RSA SecurCare notes, which impart support information proactively and help mitigate risk; software releases - As a RSA customer, your entitlements include patches, maintenance and major releases of software updates and upgrades, which keep your systems current and protect your security investment.
