Great fan, Fair enclosure.
Above all, this is ingenious... Take a computer box fan, put an enclosure around it so keep your digits in place, power it by USB, and even through in a speed control knob... and you have one pretty great little fan. perfect for personal cooling. Also great for spot cooling hot gear.
ONLY Issue I've ever had with one of these is the speed control going bad. Fortunately it was stuck in the highest setting!
