does the job without style!
Easy to use, a bit heavy (would carbon fiber be lighter than plastic?); boring black when Zagg once upon a time had a couple of good color choices (sort of a Spriong green)

NIce product but tablet cover tore within 30 days.
This is my second Zagg keyboard and I really like both of them. The cover on the Slim Book developed a tear in the corner and the iPad can pop out easily. I tried to register the product online but it would only allow me to register a Rugged Keyboard so I could not make a warranty claim. I sent an email to the contact address but have not received a response yet. Hopefully they will come up with a solutions.

LOVE IT
I really like this case/keyboard. I have had it about a month now. The only thing I would change is the hinge spot where you can take the keyboard off. its made of plastic now. Older models its made if rubber and feels more durable. But I've had zero issues with how its made now, so far.

Works as designed
The Slim Book work as advertised. I love that I have the ability to have the best of both worlds for my iPad Air with the full keyboard that is detachable. I would have preferred some kind of locking mechanism to give me confidence that the tablet and keyboard are properly connected. This, however, is not bothersome enough to recommend against buying this product.

High-quality Keyboard
I researched several brands and asked for advice from others in my office who use Bluetooth keyboards for their tablets.
I’m confident I made the right decision with the Zagg Slim Book. It has no issues with connecting to my iPad Air 3 and is just the right balance of substance without being overly bulky.
There’s a barely perceptible lag time in seeing the typed characters appear on the screen, but I’ve gotten used to it.
The best thing about the keyboard is how easy it’s made note-taking in conferences. Better than writing notes and certainly better than bringing a laptop.

Love this keyboard for my iPad. Only be prepared to purchase one about every year and a half. The hinge breaks out of the plastic no matter how careful you are w it. So it is not built for heavy duty usage.

Hello,
I use my Slim Book every day - these are the things
that I would have liked to see on the Slim Book:
A) I would prefer the case to be totally rubberized - like the rugged messenger - for overall protection & safety.
B) I would prefer the keyboard be structural the same way as the rugged messenger - especially length to rest your wrists; as well the soft touch keys.
C) I would prefer that the hinge was permanent - that the
back not removable - for protection & safety.
FYI - This was ordered for me by Mel Simrin/Husband.

Love this case
I’ve had ZAGG for 9 years for several different iPads - it is the best and most durable case available. The keyboard has a very nice feel and it’s nice to be able to use my iPad like a laptop. I have had problems with the hinge in a few of my cases but ZAGG is great to work with on repair/replacement. Thanks!
